Cancellation policy

A subscriber can place the cancellation email for a particular service within 24hrs of confirmation email.
No cancellation is possible for the services offered with promotional discounts on special occasions viz. Independence Day, Christmas and New Year. These are limited edition offers and hence any range of refund would not be possible.
In no case, WTG or partner firms will entertain cancellation requests made for services such as domain name registration and domain name transfer.
Fee once paid will not be refunded in any case even if the cancellation is posted after 24hours.
A service stands cancel if next payment is not received within 7 working days

 

Refund Policy 
Every service offered by us takes different course of action to get accomplished from start to end thus refund policy differs from one service to other.
There is always a certain set of resources that are involved in achieving every milestone of a campaign. Thus, a refund would not be entertained for the work already completed.
No refund is possible for the fee paid in the form of administrative fees or installation charges.
Taxes paid on services levied by regulatory bodies would not be refunded with fee refund.
No refund will be entertained in case service gets canceled due to any violation of terms stated in our Terms & Condition section.
There is no refund policy for the services placed under same day delivery.
WTG is not liable to pay refund if delay or service disruption happens due to third party involvement other than partnering firms.

 

 

Term & Conditions 
Suspension and Termination of the Service
i. We may suspend or terminate your account if:
(a) you breach this agreement and fail to rectify any remediable breach within 7 days of us notifying you to do so;
(b) you become insolvent;
(c) you are declared bankrupt; or
(d) we are ordered to do so by a court or pursuant to an arbitration award.

 Pricing
All pricing is subject to change. AU Digital will provide 30 days notice of any pricing change.

General
WTG will carry out work only where an agreement is provided either verbally, by email, telephone, mail or fax. An ‘order’ is deemed to be a written or verbal contract between WTG and the client; this includes telephone, email, and online agreements.

. Payment Terms
i. Payments are non-refundable beyond 24hrs from time of subscription 
ii. Payment of invoices is required no later than 14 days from the date of the invoice unless by prior arrangement with AU Digital.
iii. If accounts are not settled or AU Digital has not been contacted regarding the delay, access to the related website may be denied and web pages removed.
iv. Any additional costs incurred as a result of chasing late debts, including admin, emails, phone calls or faxes or third party charges will be added to the account in question.

Investors Terms and Conditions

I agree that all investments made by me are my personal decisions, based on my own discretion & judgement. I will not hold Wheels to growth Consulting & Advisory Pvt. Ltd. responsible for any information/forecasts/opinions/statements provided by the startups.

 

I, hereby, promise to uphold confidentiality with respect to all material shared by IPV, pertaining to the startups. At no point will I share this information, available to me, with anyone else, including but not limited to family members, friends, competition or any third party, without the prior written approval of WTG Consulting & Advisory Pvt. Ltd. HQ team. In addition, I accept the terms & conditions of the NDA of WTG.

Our Warranties and Liabilities
i. We accept liability for the supply of the Services to the extent provided in this agreement.
ii. We do not warrant that the Services:
(a) provided under this agreement will be uninterrupted or error free;
(b) will meet your requirements, other than as expressly set out in this agreement;
(c) will be free from external intruders (hackers), virus or worm attack, denial of service attack, or other persons having unauthorised access to the services or systems of ours; or
(d) will produce any particular results, data, sales or other return.
